The Team

 

Festi Edwards

Festi has 28 years of experience working with people with disabilities including a long tenure as a Waiver case manager, experience with day services management, residential management, supported living, and community integration. Festi has additional experience in social work, military, and energy industry. Festi is currently a host family and the founder of PPI. Festi now co-owns PPI with Amanda Long. Festi Edwards has a B.A. in Elementary Education and an A.A. in Communications. Festi has a certificate as a Career Development Facilitator and is a current member of NCDA (National Career Development Association). Festi is ACRE certified through the University of North Texas (Association for Community Rehabilitation Educators). She serves as WY-APSE Vice-President (State of Wyoming Association of Persons Supporting Employment First). Festi is resourceful, dynamic, and inspires others to do their best.



Amanda Long

Amanda Long has a B.A. in Psychology, A.A. in Elementary Education, A.A. in Addictionology, and A.S. in Psychology. Amanda has eight years of experience working with people with disabilities in various capacities including residential, supported living, community integration, and day services. Amanda is currently a host family and a co-owner of PPI. Amanda received a WEST (Wyoming Employment Specialist Training) certificate in 2015,and has extensive experience in retail management, medical, restaurant, and hospitality industries. Amanda is ACRE certified through the University of North Texas (Association for Community Rehabilitation Educators). Amanda is a volunteer with Special Olympics and a member of APSE (Association of Persons Supporting Employment).  Amanda is optimistic, flexible, and creative. She empowers people to achieve their goals from their point of view.



Mallory Winfrey

Mallory has extensive experience in the world of work, business, manufacturing, retail, and management. Mallory is a residential host family provider and currently provides supported living, community integration, and supported employment to persons with disabilities both individually and for PPI. Mallory is a Medication Assistance Trainer for the Waiver, holds a certificate as a Career Development Facilitator through the Wyoming Department of Education, and is a member of APSE (Association of Persons Supporting Employment). Mallory is ACRE certified through the University of North Texas (Association for Community Rehabilitation Educators). Mallory currently represents PPI at Kelly Walsh High school for youth transition services. Mallory is an excellent problem-solver, team player, and listener. She is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for the persons she serves.
